The roller centralizer are designed in rigid body with straight or spiral blades. Rollers provide low drag to get casing, liners,or screens to bottom successfully with reduced rig time and costs. Minimal roller-contact area in open hole applications reduces the risk of differential sticking and provides optimal standoff for increased operational efficiency.

1.The Roller Centralizer consists of rigid body, on which machined spiral blades or straight blades;

2.There are modified alloy steel, fully heat treated rollers fixed on every blade;

3.Roller centralizers are mainly used for big high roller, high deviated wells and horizontal wells, to center casings;

4.Roller Centralizers can also remove wellbore cake and improve mud

replacement efficiency;

5.Low torque and drag allows for rotation and reciprocation, providing improved mud displacement and cement job.
