Description

The Cement Head is a kind of cementing tool which is special for pumping slurry and releasing plug. It can be used as wellhead unit in all kinds of cementing operation.

The types of cementing head are various as single plug cementing head, double plug cementing head,drill pipe cementing head and so on.

The Double Plug Cement Head is a wellhead equipment. It has two plug containers.

It is used for double plug cementing and two stage cementing operation. Double plugs cementing head is special tool for pumping slurry and releasing plug.

It can couple with two cementing plugs simultaneously. And it makes the drilling fluid fill into casing in turn and quickly. This can simplify the cementing operation, prevent cement pollution.

Features

1. The main body is made of thick-walled seamless pipe. High pressure resistance and long life.
2. The top cover and the nut have large-pitch trapezoidal threads. Easy to disassemble.
3. Can be connected with API long round buckle / short round buckle / trapezoidal buckle. Widely using range.
4. Designed with rubber plug drop indicator. It is convenient for on-site operators to judge whether the rubber plug has passed.
5. Double balance tube structure. It makes the pressure at the upper and lower ends of the rubber plug the same during the cementing process. It can eliminates the effect of negative pressure suction on the blocking pin. It makes it easy to open the blocking pin.
