Product Description

The traditional excavator bucket is composed of tooth base plate, bottom plate, side plate,  wall plate, hanging ear plate, back plate, bucket ear plate, bucket ear sleeve and other parts.  
Welding is the most critical and complex manufacturing process of bucket. The welding quality directly affects the structural strength and service life of the bucket, and the welding process will inevitably cause the hardness difference between the welding part and the non welding part (the hardness difference is likely to cause damage in the bucket working process). Due to the low hardness of low carbon steel, it is easy to deform, wear and damage in use; at the same time, its molding process is relatively cumbersome, the manufacturing cycle is long, and the production cost is high.
The integral casting wear-resistant alloy bucket is an integral part of one-time casting.  After several times of heat treatment, all indexes meet the technical requirements of excavator  bucket, and some indexes are obviously better than those of welding bucket.
