The mud vibrating screen is the primary screening equipment in the drilling mud treatment system. The mud vibrating screen can be divided into: dual trajectory vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen according to its movement trajectory.
The dual-track mud vibrating screen is a new vibrating screen equipped with two vibration motors of the same power and a small power motor, which can adapt to the use requirements of different working conditions.
The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in reverse, the exciting forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and overlap in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. A resultant force, so the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line.
